We use a variety of fine materials including sterling silver, 14k gold-filled, and natural gemstones. Every material is chosen for its beauty, durability, and energy.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Store in a dry, soft pouch or jewelry box
  • Avoid exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

Do your crystals have meanings?

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Singapore and the United States. All items are carefully packaged with love and intention.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

How long will my order take?
Processing time is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I rush my order?
If you’re on a tight timeline, send us a message before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted on unworn items in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes – just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the process. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
